How:
- Download WhatsApp Business and set up with your business number, if you’d prefer to not use your personal WhatsApp, otherwise skip this part.
- Copy the below URL and type your number at the end of it.

This will create a url like this: https://wa.me/+447411111111
- Now copy the URL to link to your website

You can use text such as “Talk to us on WhatsApp” and hyperlink to your URL, or a WhatsApp image linked to it. Or you can get super creative, essentially all that is required is the link.
Once you’ve decided on what to link the URL to, your customer simply clicks the link and it will open up their WhatsApp ready to have a conversation with you.
